S.O.F.T CORNER: Two weeks back for our weekly screening session we have screened ‘Iravukku ayeram Kangal ” and invited its Director Mr.Maran, Editor Mr.San Lokesh and Mr.Ravi Venkatraman for an inter-active session with our students..All the three dignitaries shared their valuable knowledge and experience to our students. On the whole it was an unforgettable day for all of us.Thanks to one and all who made this possible….
S.O.F.T CORNER: (Srm School of Film Technology) we at Srm have decide to screen a newly released film every Thursday and fallowed by an inter-active session with the Director of the film cast and crew with our students the next day…in this regard I am happy to share with u all that we have screened the film Andhra mess at our ” Viewing theatre ” two weeks ago. The Director of the film Mr.Jai shankar, Mr.AP.Sreedhar art director and also played an important role in the film along with the main lead of the film Mr.Raj Bharath who played antagonist role in the film Onaiyum Attukuttiyum came and inter acted with our students. The whole exercise was indeed a learning experience for our students…
S.O.F.T CORNER : Iam happy to share with u all that the 5 days ‘digital film making workshop ‘ conducted by our film institute from 22.10.18 to 26.10.18 for the 2nd yr M.sc visual of Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham, Mysore , ended on a successful note yesterday. The five days workshop covered the nuances of film making from screenplay writing , direction,cinematography,editing and sound for the first three days and on the fourth day the students had written an one minute script and shot it at our premises.
